Is there an easy way to insert a simple text "Click Here To Unsubscribe" link?

Yes, when editing your content in the HTML Editor, type your text and highlight it, click on "Insert URL", click on the "Unsubscribe" tab. Make sure the circle next to "Insert what" has a black dot in "Linked Text" and then on the lower right click on "Insert".
